Role and Requirements

• Great verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. Must be able to express ideas both visually and verbally
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize
• Good knowledge of design package and specification preparation
• Experience and understanding of managing project budgets, timelines including the FF&E procurement process

Responsibilities

Create, develop, manage, and lead FF&E projects from conception to completion, collaborating with the project team

• Source, sample, document, and budget all FF&E, materials, and finishes
• Develop mood boards, visuals, project collateral, and client presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, and purchasing agents; research new vendors
• Participate in the establishment and maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company
• Assist during delivery, installation, and handover

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (Preferred)

Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

Spexx – Specification & Procurement Software

Adobe CS (Photoshop & InDesign)

AutoCAD

3D Modeling/Rendering (Autodesk 3D Studio, SketchUp, Rhino)
