The Senior Project Manager is a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional responsible for managing multiple interior design projects to ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project's life. The successful candidate must possess strong conceptual thinking, embrace sound business strategies, and have effective verbal/written communication skills & a proactive/organized approach. This individual will be able to lead and mentor team members, manage project budgets, review and approve outgoing drawing packages and handle all aspects of the construction administration process. This candidate can create a plan of action that will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
