Lead Interior Designer

We are a fast-paced, luxury interior design firm comprised of three distinct business divisions – residential architecture and design, product development, and hospitality. We seek a talented, organized, and driven professional with more than 10 years of residential interior design experience to join our team as a full-time Lead Interior Designer. Successful candidates will help lead a team of designers to provide the utmost in design services and client experience.

Successful Candidate Profile:

• Possess keen design sensibility
• Adept in custom furniture and product design
• Excellent knowledge of unique resources
• Experienced in site supervision and on-site decision-making
• Able to mentor and assist in creating growth opportunities for design team members
• Possess solid client management experience and keen client management skills, including ability to take command of project from start to finish, drive decision-making processes, display confidence in ideas presented, and think quickly to ensure forward movement during client interactions
• Able to prioritize competing project demands
• Detail oriented, and possess excellent follow-through
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
