Job Summary

TRIA is seeking a Project Manager for its Boston office. This candidate should be a self-motivated individual who will drive the internal TRIA team, design process, client, consultants, schedule and budget to a successful project completion. Candidate is expected to work with senior leadership/Principals on all levels of project and team performance including employee staffing, project financial tracking and timesheet reviews. Candidate must have natural leadership and mentoring qualities to nurture junior staff.

Required Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Professional Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree or Master of Architecture (MArch) OR
• Bachelor of Science in Interior Design or Master of Interior Design

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES, PROGRAMS, OR CERTIFICATES)

• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer preferred (MA preferred or NCARB/NCIDQ certification)
• Revit preferred
• Newforma preferred
• Deltek preferred
• MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, MS Project

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years in related position
• Willingness and ability to travel locally
